Fellows Attendance Scholarships

Full scholarships are available for eligible fellows, which cover registration, lodging, and travel. Candidates must submit the application with supporting documentation to be considered. Scholarships include registration and hotel accommodations for two nights at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge and travel expense reimbursement.

The VT Symposium Program Committee will review completed applications on a first-come, first-served basis and notify applicants of a decision within one week upon receipt and review. Applications will remain open, and the Committee will issue decisions until all available spots are filled. Accepted applications will receive an acceptance letter via email, including important information about travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for two nights at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge, 333 Adams Street, Brooklyn, New York.

Application Deadline: *October 1, 2024 (or until space is filled)

Notifications: Notifications will be issued within one week of application submission.

Scholarships include:

  • Registration
  • Hotel accommodations for two nights at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge (Check-in: October 10th and Check-Out: October 12th)
  • Travel expense reimbursement.  

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Fellows: Fellows currently enrolled in (or entering) a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship program within North America or Cardiology Fellows tracking towards electrophysiology.
