Attendees of PFA 101: From Bench to Bedside, held on October 9, 2025, at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, are eligible to claim credit. One certificate will be provided electronically for the total CME credits earned based on participation.
To claim credits, click the Claim Credit button and complete the online Credit and Evaluation form. Participants can download or print a certificate once the form has been submitted. Credits for attendance at the live activity are available to claim up until 10/9/2026
