Introduction

The 20th Annual International Symposium on Ventricular Arrhythmias is the premier conference for the latest updates on the pathophysiology and treatment of ventricular arrhythmias. This symposium offers a unique and comprehensive learning experience, featuring live case sessions that showcase optimal clinical decision-making strategies and the most current techniques for complex ablation procedures. It also includes insightful lectures, interactive panel discussions with Q&A segments, lively debates, and exhibitions highlighting the newest technological advancements. The VT Symposium is an educational event that attendees should not miss, as it provides an opportunity to expand knowledge on the latest advancements in ventricular arrhythmia research and therapy.

Two Attendance Options • In-Person or Virtually in Real-Time

VT Symposium 2025 provides two attendance options to suit your preferences and needs. You can participate onsite in Philadelphia or attend virtually through the immersive real-time live stream. Both onsite and virtual attendees are eligible to earn CME credits.

In-Person Attendance

VT Symposium 2025 will take place on Friday and Saturday, October 10-11, 2025, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. While walk-ins are welcome, we suggest registering in advance.

Virtual Attendance

Attendees who cannot attend the symposium on-site in Philadelphia can participate in every session virtually and in real-time from their computer or mobile device.

Mark E. Josephson Abstract Competition & VT Innovation Award

Fellows and Early-Career EPs (an Attending Physician no more than 3 years removed from completing their Fellowship Training) are invited to submit their abstracts of original research for the chance to present to thousands of colleagues worldwide. Research can include clinical studies, basic science investigations, or preclinical studies related to diagnosing or treating ventricular arrhythmias.

Late-Breaking Clinical Trial Competition

We are accepting Late-Breaking Clinical Trial submissions for presentation at this year's VT symposium. Like other LBCT events, submissions will be reviewed by the conference organizers, and the two top authors will be invited to present. Conference registration, hotel, and travel expenses will be covered. Additionally, the two best abstracts will be published in an issue of JACC: Clinical Electrophysiology, with the opportunity for simultaneous manuscript publication in the same journal.
