In-Person Attendance
Registration grants full conference access, continuing medical education certificates, course materials, breakfast, lunch, daily breaks, the Friday evening welcome reception, complimentary attendance to the special CME Pre-Conference, PFA 101: From Bench to Bedside, and early access to the VT Symposium 2026 Enduring On-Demand Library. Full payment is required at registration, and only paid registrations will be accepted. Although walk-ins are welcome, we recommend registering in advance.

Virtual participants receive full session access, direct communication with faculty, continuing medical education certificates, and early priority access to the VT Symposium 2026 Enduring On-Demand Library.
Accessing the Live-Stream
After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your Unique Livestream Digital Pass and instructions on how to access the symposium as a virtual attendee. The Pass offers universal access to the live stream on multiple devices.

In-Person and Virtual Attendance Cancellation and Refund Policy
To request refunds for course withdrawals, cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to by October 2, 2026. A service fee of 10% of the registration fee, but no less than $25.00, will be applied. No refunds will be issued after that date.
The course organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, they will refund registration fees. However, they will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by participants, such as cancellation fees from hotels, airlines, or travel agencies.
